Remember:
QA leadership resumes (Lead, Manager, Head of Quality) must switch currencies: from bugs found to risk retired. Speak in release confidence, escaped-defect trends, cost of quality, team growth, and build-vs-buy calls (test infrastructure, vendor tooling, AI adoption). Keep exactly one hands-on line so you do not read as detached from the craft, then spend the rest on outcomes: "took release cadence weekly to daily while cutting production incidents 60%", "grew QA 3 to 14 across two sites", "led the automation-first transition that removed the manual regression bottleneck".
