Order QA resume sections by what screens you in: Skills (grouped: Automation, API, Performance, CI/CD, Test Management) directly under the summary, because ATS and humans both scan it first. Experience next with automation work leading each role. Projects earn a section when you have public work (an open-source framework, a test suite on GitHub); for career changers this section goes above Experience. Certifications (ISTQB, cloud) near the bottom; they tiebreak, they do not screen you in.
